6. Services, booking and Payment

Services may be available exclusively online or via third-party platforms (such as Riverside, Zoom or Google Meet). We reserve the right to limit sales by person, region, or jurisdiction. All descriptions and prices are subject to change. Payment processing may be handled by third parties (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, Revolut, bank transfer). You are responsible for providing accurate, current information and for all purchases made by you or on your behalf.

6.1 Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refunds

A. Cancellation and Rescheduling of Sessions

• Cancellation by Client:
  Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session start time via email or through the booking system.

Cancellations ≥48 hours prior: Full rescheduling available (no charge).

Cancellations <48 hours prior: No rescheduling, full session fee charged (considered a completed service).

Failure to attend ("no-show"): The full session fee shall be deemed earned and non-refundable. No rescheduling permitted.

• Rescheduling:
  Available only if cancellation notice is given ≥48 hours prior to the original session. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must occur within 7 days.

B. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers Only)

This section applies exclusively to consumers resident in the European Union/EEA exercising rights under applicable EU consumer protection directives.

1. Services (1:1 coaching, live sessions, group programs):
   EU consumers may withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase confirmation without giving any reason, provided that the service has not commenced.By selecting the confirmation checkbox at checkout or confirming via email prior to the session, you expressly consent to the immediate commencement of services and acknowledge that this constitutes a waiver of your right of withdrawal upon such commencement. The right of withdrawal shall automatically expire upon attendance of the first session or delivery of the initial service component.

2. Digital Content and Pre-Recorded Courses:
   EU consumers may withdraw within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase confirmation, provided that you have not accessed or downloaded the content. By selecting the confirmation checkbox granting access to course materials, you expressly consent to immediate provision of digital content and acknowledge that this constitutes a waiver of your right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal shall expire upon access to or download of the digital content.

C. Refund Processing
Where a withdrawal right is validly exercised in accordance with paragraph B above, any payment received shall be refunded in full within fourteen (14) calendar days using the same means of payment as the original transaction. We shall deduct any direct costs incurred for the return of services where applicable.

D. Provider-Initiated Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any session or service due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, technical failure, force majeure). In such cases, clients shall receive a full refund or credit at our discretion, with twenty-four (24) hours notice where practicable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and in our programs – including text, images, graphics, audio, video, meditations, PDFs, and downloadable materials – is the property of Carolina Fahlbusch / New Earth Awakening, unless otherwise stated.

You are granted a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license for personal, non‑commercial use only. Unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.
